nested vlans

Hi I have three servers
in a DC that supports vlans
but not QinQ.

I need those servers to be able to have unlimited vlans (well .. 32 is enough)
inside the vlan provided by the DC.

For example enp193s0f1np1.2002 (ip: 172.16.0.1) is the vlan provided by the DC
and then I need something like:
enp193s0f1np1.2002.01 (ip: 10.0.1.1)
enp193s0f1np1.2002.02 (ip: 10.0.2.1)
enp193s0f1np1.2002.03 (ip: 10.0.3.1)
...


I will use those nested vlans with qemu (libvirt/kvm) virtual machines
so it needs to be secure.
