I need a network specialist

I have been on a call with Netgear who have been trying to help me set up a wifi extender. They found through virtual control of my laptop that I have an issue with my network that may be comprising my data and will not allow me to set up new devices on the network. These are the notes they left regarding a fix:

Points of fixation

1. Fixation of DHCP server
2. Re-configure of Network
3. Assigning Valid IPs to devices
4. Extender / Router Setup.

Can I get a quote for how much this would cost?
