I need an Unifi specialist

We have 14 UniFi AP's configured with 2 SSID's on separate VLan's. All of the devics at some point lose connectivity and reestablish connectivity either with a reboot or just time. The UniFi controller software doesn't show any of the devices so we don't have control of the devices or the expertise to reconfigure how the devices were setup. We need a specialist to reconfigure our AP architecture.
