To minimize bruteforce attacks from ISP network to local server (via router firewall set up)

There is a local server in the office with wi-fi and CCTV network, connected via ISP router (dynamic IP) and via Mikrotik router. Server has SQL server too. There is data exchange with other offices via allowed ports and whitelisted IPs (attendance devices, CCTV etc).
This router is every day attacked by malware bots from outside. 1 time 2 years ago the attack was even successful and we had to re-install the server OS.
To minimize the attacks we had to restrict access via whitelist of IPs, but still attacks keep going as you see on screenshot.
Task is to set up the router firewall (and\or any other means) in such a way to prevent fully or to minimize for 80-90% the quantity of such attacks.
Network architecture and server rack map will be provided to the selected bidder.
