looking for Computer Networks experts

I am looking for Computer Networks experts who have experience in Network Design and Architecture.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- Designing and implementing a computer network infrastructure
- Creating network diagrams and documentation
- Configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
Given an IP datagram with the fragmentation offset of 00000010110102, HLEN of 516
and the total length of 007A16, find the numbers of the first byte and the last byte of data
- Troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network performance and security
