configure f5 big ip afm to protect network against ddos attacks

Hello,
Need to configure hardware version of f5 big ip device to protect network against ddos attacks. Freelancer must be expert with f5 devices. We already configure ospf and returning traffic via static route so this should be solved too because we have two core routers and returning traffic should be balanced and f5 big ip not works well with ospfv3.
Main request is to configure turboflex, vectors and other required stuff. Also need to configure own scrubing via bgp flowspec to announce to our core routers required rules (these rules should not kill destination services).
There is many subnets so we are not talking about configuration not for one server and we dont know what exact will be behind f5 so vector should be global and do not harm any services.
Also need to configure bdos and other stuff.
We looking for real expert in such configuration
