Windows Network Setup for File Sharing

I have a Windows-based computer as well as a Ge Volouson ultrasound machine. I need to have these two devices set up to share files effectively.

Key Requirements:
- Establish a network connection between a Windows PC and Ge Volouson ultrasound machine
- Configure the system for effective file sharing between the two devices
- Provide basic training on how to utilize the shared network for daily operations

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows network setup and file sharing
- Prior experience with medical equipment networking (specifically Ge Volouson machines)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner for non-technical users
