Windows-Based Office LAN Setup

I need to establish a Local Area Network (LAN) in my office. The system should connect four PCs with one acting as the file server while the other three will be clients. Right now we use auto configurations and we keep having problem with printer or files not being shared properly and network errors.
We need exact IP configurations of each PC so that there is no problem in file and printer sharing.

Setup Details:
* The Operating System for all the computers must be Windows.
* Our network will utilize a switch with an integrated LAN internet connection.
* The server PC should function primarily as a file server.
* There 3 printers connected to server and 1 to a client. All 4 printers are shared across network.
