WANTING ASSISTANCE WITH DRAFTING A MANAGED TECH SERVICES SPECIFICATION

Must be Melbourne based. We are looking for someone to assist our business to develop a specification we can use for a RFQ and assist us through the market testing/procurement process. We spend approx. $430k annually on our IT managed service (inc. internet) and about $140k on equipment. 95% of our service is with one provider (with that contract up for renewal at end of 2023) although the virtual server and website hosting is with other providers (where we can provide short notice).
