Vcenter appliance 6.0 - Error 503 URGENT Help

Regards, we have a Vcenter 6.0 and after a network connectivity lost the vcenter is giving 503 error. FS were full and we cleaned and provide more storage. The error is this: 503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x7f9b1c05e120] _serverNamespace = / _isRedirect = false _pipeName =/var/run/vmware/vpxd-webserver-pipe)

Most of KB has been applied so we need an expert to solve this error
