VPN sniffing

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a project focused on VPN sniffing with a specific target on the OpenVPN protocol. The project will require expertise in Linux operating systems. The main objective is to conduct security testing and identify potential vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in network security and be proficient in packet analysis tools such as Wireshark. The project will involve analyzing network traffic and identifying potential security breaches. The deliverables will include a detailed report of the findings and recommendations for addressing any vulnerabilities.

I would like to analyze the HTTPS traffic of my iPhone using my own VPN server.
I cannot use a proxy directly because I am connected via 4G.

For my configuration, I would like to use:

OpenVPN + Charles Proxy

Self-signed SSL certificates will need to be generated so that the traffic can be sniffed.
