VPN and IP route configuration

I am looking for a freelancer to configure a VPN for me. I need both a site-to-site and remote access VPN configured. I also need both public and private IPs for the configuration. The number of remote access users that will be connecting to the VPN is more than 10. I am looking for someone who has knowledge of configuring VPNs using SAML and Azure AD Cisco Anyconnect, as well as experience working with relevant IPs and route configurations.
