VPN protocols are blocked.

I'll move to Egypt in a few months, but the problem is that I need to access to the company's server via our VPN which uses L2TP or OpenVPN.
But unfortunately all VPN protocols are blocked in Egypt.
I've tried many VPN apps and they all didn't work except one called Windscribe, and even with Windscribe, it has many methods and they all failed except one called "Stealth".
So when I connect to Windscribe VPN, then after that I connect to the company's VPN, the company's VPN connect successfully, but now two VPNs are connected at the same time and I don't have access to the internet, I guess there might be an issue with the routing table.
So how can I connect to the company's OpenVPN or L2TP VPN in Egypt? (while all VPN protocols are blocked by all ISPs)
