VPN for Altice one service

I currently use an Apple box as a cable box for Altice one. It only works in home connected to a Ubee modem/router combo. It does not work out of the home, says to connect to home network.
Can someone setup a vpn on the Ubee modem/router so that when I use the Apple box in a remote location, it will work as an in home cable box???
