VPN Speed Issue

Hi everyone,
I need someone that can fix the network speed from my personal vpn.
My local network speed is 300mb/s and from "OpenVPN Connect" application I got the same internet speed as on my local network but when I put the same VPN on my router "Asus RT-AX55" the max speed that I got is 40mb/s.
On screenshots you can see the difference of speed from "OpenVPN Connect" app and from router configuration.
