VPN on Router - Internet is being disconnected - Trouble Shoot

1) I am using VPN on Router using OpenVPN
2) I am connecting my laptop and it’s being disconnected immediately(It worked well till today)(Symantec WSS Agent & Pulse Secure is there!!!). Other laptops and mobiles are fine.
3) Need troubleshooting and solution
