VMware, Veeam, pfSense Infrastructure Management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We require a continuous service (month after month) to be able to take care, without being limited to, the following activities:
1.- Availability 7x24 (although 90% of work from 8 am-7pm CST)
2.- Monitoring and management of an infrastructure of 4 hosts running VMware ESXi 6.5 managed by vCenter Server, monitoring and backups through VeeamOne and Veeam Backup and Replication, regular activities include the creation and configuration of new VMs, distribution of the VMs through hosts, etc. .
3. Agile recovery (Veeam Instant Recovery) of one or more virtual machines running on VMware and being backed up by Veeam in the event of a failure. Conduct drills (about one per month)
4.- Administration of pfSense Firewalls running on the virtual infrastructure.
5.- Health status monitoring and management of ~ 30 HPE ProLiant DL380 G7, Gen8, Gen9 servers through iLO interface. The service aims to proactively identify failures through the Systems Insight Manager tool as well as take care of them in an agile manner (request to send spare parts, remote advice on their replacement) before they become critical.
6.- Telephone availability with an IP telephone connected to our IP PBX to be able to comment on ticket details. Although, 90% of the requests are via mail / ticket, the above is required.
7.- The provider must be a business with a team of people, not a one man band.
We require solid knowledge in the following areas: Virtualized environments with VMware, Linux and Windows Operating Systems, Firewall pfSense as well as VeeamOne and Veeam Backup and Replication as well as the ability to attend requests by email in Spanish
