Unifi Access Points Disconnection Troubleshooting

I'm experiencing issues with my Unifi access points as they frequently show as disconnected. I have already attempted to reboot the access points and checked the network cabling, but the problem persists. All of these are powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE).
