URGENT: Re-subnetting of Microsoft Network

We have run out of IP addresses and we are in a major bind. We need help re-subnetting our Microsoft Network to expand our IP capacity. We are can help with the on-site work with instructions, but we need somebody to work remotely to reconfigure the network and servers. We need this done right away. Do not bid unless you have done this before and are available to start work immediately.
