I am facing issues with my Open+Portal SSID managed by Huawei Air controller. Users cannot log in - their credentials are not being recognized by the captive portal.
I have already verified the integration with the AAA server, which is a RADIUS. The configuration seems fine on that end, so the issue lies within the portal or the user authentication process.
