Troubleshoot slow performance in network -- Looking for a Experienced Network Engineer

We have 3 node server cluster, firewall, switches, SAN storage, Fibre Channel and Application Servers. Our system is encountering slow performance during the day when traffic is high.

We would need help in troubleshooting the root cause of the slow performance. You will ideally have to troubleshoot various components to investigate the root cause.
