Troubleshoot Mikrotik device and its VPN connectivity

We are currenctly using mikrotik devices to connect between branch office. we are having 100mbps speed internet connection in the main office and 20mbps speed internet connectivity in branch office. when the user is connecting device using username and password. or when the devices are connected between the branches, the internet speed drops to 50% and less.
