Telecom Network Integration (SIGTRAN/MAP Protocol Implementation) - Experienced Specialist Required

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Network Integration Specialist with expertise in SIGTRAN and MAP protocols to implement and validate a robust solution. The project involves complex tasks, including handling MAP messages (e.g., SRI4SM, Update Location), routing by multiple Global Titles (GTs), and ensuring seamless operation across both simulated and live network environments.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in configuring the Mobicents JSS7 stack (without JBOSS) and be able to troubleshoot, document, and provide effective solutions within the telecom signaling domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Routing by Multiple GT Connections:
o Develop and validate routing logic using multiple Global Title connections.
o Implement load balancing and failover mechanisms.
2. Handling MAP Messages (SRI4SM, Update Location, MO_FSM):
o Implement and manage MAP messages while ensuring protocol compliance.
o Ensure accurate message parsing, encoding, and error handling.
3. Simultaneous Operations on Simulated and Live Networks:
o Develop and validate seamless operations across simulated and live environments.
o Conduct testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
4. Logging, Monitoring, and Error Handling:
o Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring systems, and error-handling mechanisms to maintain stability.
5. Final Review and Live Demonstration:
o Provide a final live demonstration with complete documentation and deliverables (e.g., PCAP files).

Project Scope:
• Environment Setup: Configure the Mobicents JSS7 stack (without JBOSS) for both simulated and live networks.
• Development: Implement routing logic, MAP message handling, and network integration.
• Testing and Validation: Comprehensive testing in both simulated and live environments.
• Documentation: Deliver clear documentation covering setup, configuration, and deployment.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional integration as per the project scope.
2. Comprehensive documentation, including configuration files, PCAPs, scripts, and relevant repositories (e.g., GitHub).
3. Regular progress updates and demonstrations (preferably using Loom or other video recording tools).
4. Final live demonstration of the solution’s performance and validation.
