Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Preferably have professional certificates S&R CCNA.
Has experience in technical support and troubleshooting network and systems related issues.
Has sufficient experience to open fault reports and follow them up through the support of manufacturers and developers of systems.
Has experience in dealing with Managements Patch systems.
Proficiency in English.
Experience of not less than 5 years in the field.
Tasks related to the systems and networks engineer:
Operate and manage network devices.
(port security, changing VLANs..etc) Network related technical support.
Operate and follow-up updates management systems, open reports with manufacturers, and follow up.
Operation of communications systems.
