Ip Spam Delist from Yahoo and Google

We need a freelancer with experience to delist our ip from the spam list of the 2 in the header.
Our domain had one spam listing, we've managed to remove 4 days ago, but still emails don't get through neither Google or Yahoo.
We didn't do any spam activity ever, not sure how we got into this.
