SolarWinds Job Support Expert

We are looking for an experienced SolarWinds Expert to provide job support for a person working in the United States. This is a freelance position with the following key requirements and details:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide job support for SolarWinds to an individual during US working hours.
Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance on SolarWinds platform issues.
Support with configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting SolarWinds environments.
Assist in daily operations of SolarWinds, including managing alerts, reports, and performance metrics.
Help resolve any SolarWinds-related challenges or tasks the individual faces during their work.
No project-based tasks—this is strictly job support.
Skills Required:
Expert-level knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tools.
4-8 years of experience working with SolarWinds.
Strong understanding of SolarWinds architecture, configurations, and reporting.
Experience in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and network management.
Familiarity with SolarWinds modules like NPM (Network Performance Monitor), SAM (Server & Application Monitor), and NTA (NetFlow Traffic Analyzer) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and assist in a timely manner.
Job Details:
Work Hours: US timings (primarily during business hours).
Fix Off: Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays off).
Work Setup: Remote freelancing job with flexible work hours during US business time.
Compensation: Competitive, with no deduction for working hours or support.
Mode of Work: Freelance; no long-term contract obligations.
