Setup virtual machine of my PC and install Flux Node

I want to install flux node on my big machine (PC). https://runonflux.io/flux-nodes.html#
First step is to create my system as virtual machine. Then install flux node. We tried all the steps, but there are some issues coming.
So somebody who know server management. eg: creating virtual machine..
Or somebody have previously worked upon Self-Hosted Flux Node Setup
