Setup VPN static ip in my Omada TP Link router ER605 -- 2

I have purchase VPN static ip from Goodaccess. I want to setup VPN static ip provided by Goodacces to my Omada TP Link router ER605 using PPTP L2TP OpenVPN or and forward port 554 (rstp) to my CCTV DVR to enable live viewing of CCTV camera. Anyone who is interested to solve this? Only person who have experience in Gooaccess VPN static ip setup please apply.
