Setup VPN on Mikrotik device to connect android devices

Hi I have a mikrotik hAP ac lite and I need to configure vpn so android tv boxes can connect to it. I need the VPN so all devices are accessible on the same network so I can use a management software running locally on each device. Attached its a diagram of the network requirements. I need split tunneling configured so only the 192.168.88.0 network traffic goes through the VPN, everything else goes outside the tunnel.
