Setting up vlan and subnet masks omada controller

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up VLAN and subnet masks on my network equipment. I have an omada system, controller, router and multiple eap's. I have multiple vlans setup but when I adjust the main network subnet mask routing seems to fail.
