Service mesh Expert

I'm looking for an experienced system expert to help me build out a service mesh utilizing technology such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Nginx. This expert should have experience in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design. They will also need to be knowledgeable on how to best integrate the technologies together in an efficient way.
