Secure Wireless Network Setup with NPS

I'm seeking a network security expert to help me enhance our wireless network security. The project involves the following key tasks:
- **NPS Configuration**: Set up the Network Policy Server (NPS) with a Wireless Access Policy.
- **RADIUS Wi-Fi Authentication**: Configure RADIUS for secure Wi-Fi authentication, with and without One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
- **Entra MFA Integration**: Implement multi-factor authentication using Entra MFA.
- **Mobile Authentication**: Configure the Certification Authority (CA) role on NPS to support mobile authentication.
- **Network Optimization**: Improve our network performance by optimizing the load balancing on our Domain Controller (DC), firewall, user access, and logs.
- **Unifi Device Management**: Remove SOPHOS from our Unifi Device Management (UDM) Pro.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with NPS, RADIUS, and network security protocols. Understanding of Entra MFA is essential. The ability to optimize network performance is a plus. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
