SDN-based Elastic Optical Network Optimization

I'm seeking a network expert for optimizing an Elastic Optical Network (EON) based on Software Defined Networking (SDN) principles. The main objectives of this project are to optimally allocate resources, load balancing and minimizing blocking probability in the network.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing efficient, effective routing algorithms suitable for SDN and EON.
- Designing and implementing effective spectrum allocation strategies.
- Ensuring the network achieves reasonable levels of load balancing without specific
requirement.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong background in network optimization, particularly in EON and SDN.
- In-depth understanding of routing algorithms and spectrum allocation strategies.
- Proven experience in implementation of load balancing mechanisms in large-scale networks.
- Familiarity with network simulation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions to improve network performance.
- Lastly to implement Cross Stratum Optimization Algorithm for Routing and Spectrum Allocation in Software Defined Networking based Elastic Optical Networks
