Riverbed or Opnet assignment

I am looking for a freelancer to complete a Riverbed or Opnet assignment. After considering the options, I have decided that Opnet is the software that I would like to be used for this project. The main objective of the assignment is to design and optimize a network and the expected outcome is the creation of a detailed report that analyzes the performance of this network. The eventual output of the assignment should offer recommendations for improving the efficiency of the network, as well as a simulation model showcasing network behavior.
