Resolve slow speeds and disconnects with Unifi Wireless/Wired Infrstructure

I'm experiencing slow speeds and disconnects throughout my Unifi wireless/wired infrastructure and I'm looking for assistance with resolving the issue. I am using Unifi switches, and the slow speeds and disconnects are occurring system-wide. It is most pronounced when my school is in use, so I am looking for a qualified expert to help me address the problem as efficiently as possible.
