Research for Software Development Using PXE and iSCSI

We are looking to hire a freelancer to conduct comprehensive research and create a detailed report on building software that utilizes PXE and iSCSI technologies. The software will include the following components:

Server and Client Installation:
The server will create a pre-boot environment with a TFTP server.
The server will share disks with the client and store image VHD files.
The client, being a diskless PC, will boot from the iSCSI target using the VHD file and a writeback disk to cache the VHD file.
Booting Process:
The software must support both legacy BIOS and UEFI boot modes.
Research is needed on the PXE boot files required for both modes.
Guidance on building a custom pre-boot environment with specific configurations.
Secure Boot and Certificates:
Research on booting with Secure Boot UEFI.
Recommendations on the best places to purchase the necessary certificates to be inserted into the BIOS.
