Remote Work VPN Setup for Travelling Router

I'm in need of a professional who's proficient in the setup and configuration of VPNs. The task at hand involves setting up a VPN for a travelling router. This router must be able to connect to my home VPN to setup. The main reason for this setup is to enable secure remote work access.
Requirements:
- Proficient in setting up VPNs
- Experience in configuring routers
- Ability to ensure a secure connection
- Wireguard knowledge as it is considered the best protocol
- DDNS service setup as I have no fix IP address
- Detail hardware/devices (home device and remote device) to purchase
The device that will primarily connect to the VPN through this home router is a laptop where no software can be installed. I'm looking to connect to my work VPN through my home IP.
