Remote Diagnostics on commercial vehicles.

I want to be able to connect to the Electric Control Module (ECM) on a tour bus or tractor trailer remotely to the 1939 can line (communication line). We have multiple software we use to connect to the different computers on the vehicles. I run Samsara ELD's, Peoplenet ELD, and have Cradlepoint IBR 900 routers onboard. I want to be able to run Cummins Insite mainly, but also Meritor ACOMM, Wabco Toolbox, and Allison DOC. I want to be able to pull up the diagnostic software in my office and connect to a vehicle. I want to be able to run tests, as well as erase faults, and recalibrate the ECM.
Is this possible?
