Recover system after ESXiArgs

I have one vm server built on esxi, last friday has been hacked by a known ransomeware (called ESXiArgs), this server contains snapshots, i was able to register the vm but unfortunately not its not booting
If any professional can support me on this im welling to award this project to him
Note: server is windows 2012
Achievment criteria: booting the server and db should be able to launch
