Purchase my own IP / Transfer to OVH

Hello,

I'm in need of purchasing my own IP block, for this I have been advised to purchase it with ARIN or through a IP broker. Then I need to bring/transfer this IP block to OVH for usage.

I need a network administrator with experience in all this process. From buying, to transferring it.

Please do NOT bid if you don't have experience.
