Project Plan for Deployment of Network Information System

Objective:
The main task asked to the selected Freelancer is to draft a complete Project Plan on the implementation of the project described below.
The Project Plan must include the following chapters:
o Project Organization and Management Plan;
o Delivery and Installation Plan
o Quality Assurance Plan
o List of project deliverables and acceptance criteria
o Roles/Responsibility Matrix for the Supplier & the Purchaser
o Warranty Service Plan

Project Description:
In the framework of an international project we are looking for very experience network engineers for the drafting of a complete Project Plan for the deployment of a new DN Service with the goal of having its own Root "."DNS, Authoritative DNS, Recursive Public DNS for safe browsing, NTP (network Time Protocol), CA (Certificate Authority), Payment Gateway and IPV6.
In attachment the Partial DNS Name Space Hierarchy and other schemes on the new infrastructure.

These goals will be achieved by the supply of the following equipment:
