Printer share on network within 24 hrs

Hi all We are looking for some IT person within 24 hrs have to set up a printer network as per picture attachment Printer is intall on 1 pc and print through that pc. If that pc off cant print (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: Cisco, Computer Security, Local Area Networking, Network Administration, System Admin)
