Packetfence

I am in need of setting up Packetfence, a network access control tool, and am looking for a freelancer with intermediate experience in this field.i want web based authentication (jwac given in attached link) using ldap.I require someone to help me set up this tool without any additional customization or additional services including maintenance or support.
