PFSense configuration fixes

Hi, I have a pfSense firewall on latest version 2.6.0 on a VMware VM environment. The pfSense is virtualized as well as the servers on the ESXi host.
The problem I am having is that vm's randomly lose connection to the pfSense internal gateway address so they stop communicating with the outside world.
Also another issue is that whenever I reboot any VM, it loses internet connection permanently until I restart the pfSense firewall.
I haven't found a way to solve it and I am seeking someone with expert level on pfSense firewall to solve this since everything seems to be configured properly but it stops working as I mentioned above until I restart the pfSense.
We can have a call about this if possible but I need to fix it asap.
