I am looking for a skilled web developer with experience in building applications using Twilio APIs to create an educational simulation tool. The project involves developing a web-based interface for controlled, ethical demonstrations of social engineering techniques, particularly focusing on OTP (One-Time Password) interception scenarios. Responsibilities:
