OPNSense Network Hardening & High Availability Implementation

We have an existing (physical) OPNSense Firewall and want you to implement high availability with a second OPNSense (virtual).
We have around 14 subnets and want you to help us with the firewall rules. The subnets are for different customers, so they should not be able to communicate witch each others, only internet connection. Special Rules are needed for our IT Management VPN and our Managamend LAN.
