OMNET++ project help

Hello, I'm working on a project where I need to simulate 5G V2V network using OMNET++ (inet, veins, sumo and Simu5G). I never used OMNET++ before and I'm looking for help with a few things that I need to complete my project. FYI I'm running Simu5G-cars-1.2-PnP.ova in VM VirtualBox. First I need to know how to change the parameters of the simulation. Attached are the system parameters that I need to use. also: needs to be NR car highway scenario, data packet generation periods is 100 ms., Vehicle density is 200 vehicles/km. Second I need to figure out how to change the duplexing Mode, I need to run the simulation in half-duplex mode and full duplex mode and compare them. the results I need are Latency, throughput, and PRR (packet reception ratio)
