Network technologies and packet tracer

I'm looking for an experienced network engineer who is knowledgeable in network technologies and packet tracer simulation software. My project requires expertise in routing and switching along with network design. The contractor must understand how to create protocols for virtual networks using the packet tracer system, as well as report and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This project requires an expert with a working knowledge of routing and switching design along with the use of packet tracer software.
