Network security consultant

I have multiple internet connections connected via switches. There are routers and mesh system. Of late, network has become really with frequent disconnection. Everything is fine with the ISP. I fear my network has been compromised. I need a consutlant to inspect my network and also create a robust framework to avoid this in the future
