Network issue - ubuntu server

Hello,
i have server with 20G port speed 2x10G bonded and LACP configured already.
in speed test it showing as below,
Download: 18265.44 Mbps
but in real when i download files or push Hight bandwidth it's limited with 10G port only.
I will pay only for person who can identify the issue and solve it. control must be via Anydesk.
